Biography
I am an academic and researcher holding a Associate Professor in the field of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. I completed my undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University and obtained my master's and doctoral degrees from the same university's Institute of Natural Sciences. Currently, I work as a faculty member in the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University.
Throughout my postgraduate studies, I conducted extensive research on topics such as polymer nanocomposite materials, flame-retardant materials, luminescent scintillator thin films, nanomaterials, and material characterization.
Having achieved the title of Associate Professor in the field of Materials Science and Engineering in 2022, my post-doctoral research has been focused on areas such as thin film transistors, sensors, nanoparticle synthesis and characterization, high-energy laser materials, and biomaterials. Additionally, I have directed my efforts toward commercial activities related to 3D printers and materials. In 2021, I established Nanores Research and Consulting, a company dedicated to the production and development of Photopolymer materials for use in 3D printing.
I take pride in contributing to the academic community through over 100 scientific publications, including 50 international works, and participating in 12 national projects. Furthermore, my research interests encompass cutting-edge topics such as additive manufacturing technologies and semiconductor fabrication processes.
To enrich my perspective and enhance my social skills, I am currently pursuing studies in Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University. Constant self-improvement and making meaningful contributions in diverse fields serve as significant sources of motivation for me.
