ELEKTRONİK MALZEMELER ÜRETİM VE UYGULAMA MERKEZİ
EMUM, başta mühendislik ve temel bilimlerin entegrasyonuyla ülkemizin yerli kaynaklarını kullanarak elektronik malzemeler ve cihazlar üretmek, üretilen prototiplerin endüstriye kazandırılması sürecinde etkin rol oynamak ve yurt içi-yurt dışı nanoteknoloji ve yüzey teknolojileri alanındaki gelişmelere öncülük etmek amacıyla kurulmuştur. Kurulduğu günden bugüne; çok sayıda projeye ev sahipliği yapmıştır. EMUM aynı zamanda Üniversitemiz Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Nanobilim ve Nanomühendislik ABD. de ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Bu sayede çok sayıda lisansüstü öğrencisi ve araştırmacısı merkez imkanlarından yararlanarak akademik kariyerlerini geliştirmiş ve sürdürmektedir.
