Biography
His doctoral research focuses on leadership development, social
development, leadership skills, peer influence, and early childhood
leadership. Ömer's work examines the role of social relationships, peer
social network dynamics in the emergence of leadership traits among
school aged children. In addition to his research on child leadership,
Ömer finds cartooning to be a fun and rewarding creative outlet.
