Özet:

Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) became very popular concept in last decades as environmental issues rose rapidly and started to effect each and every living creatures life. In the meantime, economical benefits of GSCM adaption also discovered. However it has been rarely studied outside of marketing and operational research. This study’s purpose is extending the knowledge in GSCM by approaching it in individual level and investigating what impact it might have in professional lives of the employees. Survey data collected from 298 respondents in Turkey to assess degree of GSCM implementation, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance, experienced Meaningfulness of Work, Affective Commitment and Engagement. Structural model is analysed with using partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). Results suggested that GSCM practises have a positive influence on positive work-related outcomes through the mediating effect of meaningfulness of work.
