Özet:

The general purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of theinstructors working in the Air Services Schools and Technical Training CenterCommand about the instructional leadership . In this research the opinions of theinstructors working in the Air Services Schools and Technical Training CenterCommand were determined and their expectations and needs were expressed.233 the Air Services Schools and Technical Training Center Commandpersonnel participated in this research. A 44-item likert type of scala was applied tothe participants in order to express their ideas about the instructional leadershipbehavior of school administrators. In the analyses of the research data average,standard deviation, frequency and percentage, t-test.and variance analysis (Scheffesignificance test) were used. SPSS packet program was used to get these data.Main findings are1. The perception level of the model group about the effectiveness of theinstructional behavior of school administrators is ?I agree? and ?I completelyagree?.2. There is not a significant variance between the perception level of the modelgroup about the effectiveness of the instructional leadership behavior and agevariant.3. The perception level of the model group about the effectiveness of theinstructional leadership behavior changes according to the ranks. The enlistedpersonnel can observe the instructional leadership behavior of theadministrators better than the officers.4. There is not a significant variance between the level of the model group aboutthe effectiveness of the insturctional leadership behavior and the professionalexperience variant.5. There is not a significant variance between the perception level of the modelgroup about the effectiveness of the instructional leadership behavior andgraduated school variant.6. There is not a significant variance between the perception level of the modelgroup about the effectiveness of the instructional leadership behavior andfinal graduated educational programs variant.
