Özet:

One of the significant reason of mobidity is to keep the immobilized patients in supine position in ICU. The pressure ulsers are
caused by the prolong pressures on the skin. Thus the position of ill-conditioned patients in ICU must be changed in a certain
time-intervals which is accepted in standards at least every 2-hours. In order to care carefully to prevent the pressure ulcers for
critically ill patients and all immobilized patients in the intensive care units of the hospitals, one of the nursing responsibilities is
to turn them from the supine position.
However, no studies to date whether immobilized and critically ill-patients in fact: turned every 2-hours; and /or nurses; and/or
the physicans visited the patients in ICU according to protocols for ICU.
The purpose of this study is to monitoring and decision on the position of immobilized patients and also controlling the visiting
stands of nurse and physicians.

All collected data by sensors at each 5, 15 and/or 30 minutes, concerned with position of immobilized and critically ill patients
will be transmitted through a server (laptop, tablet) to process in order to have enough criticall care settings. In the processing
step either well known algorithms or modified version can be used in C- or Phyton language. Then the useful data is used to
send responsible unit in message or in alarm form.
