Özet:

The objective of this thesis is to explain the affects of China to the Turkey?s shortand long term policy and to put alternative strategies which are applied to this country inthe future.The Chinese and the Turks in a historical period of thousands of years had war,peace, commercial and marriage relations. They are going to have relations in the futureas they have today. These relations will take direction by the decisions made today.By directing the historical memory that is sproufing newly in Central Asia todifferent directions might cause war with China like it was in Talas. In a short time, a warmay be flared up in the historical ground of Asia, Central and Southern Asia and MiddleEast will be turned the most inconsistent regions of the world.The imperialism of the 21st century with the possibilities of the improvingtechnology may cause more damage to humanity and world than it caused till today orChina may return back to its origin. If it is to say that China?s Asian characteristics wouldhave strong influence and China comes closer to the Turkish-Arabic world, an alliencecan be established as it was after the Talas war. A progress like this in Asia will be causednew and different formations in the Globe and Asia may have its mark for the 21stcentury.Today it can be said that United States of America is conducting a collapse. Butwhether China is conducting a progress truly or not is an important affair that should beresearched. Researches made from economical, demographical and cultural points ofview have put forward different concequences.The Study titled ?China?s Past and Today in Strategical View? consists of threepages;1 Socialism in China and thereafter2 Turkish-Chinese Relations from 1923 to Present-day3 China and 21st Century.This study is based on the history of 20th century and Turkish - Chinese relationsand considered economical, technological and military matters.
