Acute complications increase patient morbidity and mortality during anesthesia practice. Unexpected events like hypoxia, hypercapnia, increases in airway pressure, problems in moistening systems, electricity cuts, accumulation of carbonmonoxide, influences of radiofrequency, etc. may cause medical and medicolegal problems for anesthesiologists The mortality and morbidity rates of childhood tumors are high. Stress, steroids, ischemia and brain tissue damage may lead to sudden increases in blood glucose levels during surgery. In these case reports, we aim to discuss the hyperglycemia during pediatric neuroanesthesia management in the first case and the complications that occurred because of sudden electricity cuts in both cases.
