Purpose: In this study, we aimed to determine the demographic and clinical features of patients with primary cutaneous lymphoma. Patients and Method: Thirty-four patients were evaluated in terms of diagnosis, staging, treatment and clinical progress retrospectively between January 1989-June 2004. Results: There were 12 (35.3%) men and 22 (66.7%) women (mean age 46.6 years) at diagnosis. According to EORTC classification, 32 patients were diagnosed with mycosis fungoides, one patient was diagnosed with angiocentric lymphoma and one with CD30+ anaplastic large-cell lymphoma. Of the 34 patients, 15 (44.1%) were assessed to be at stage IA, seven (20.6%) at stage IB, seven (20.6%) at stage IIA, tree (8.8%) at stage IIB and two (5.9%) at stage III at the time of diagnosis. Conclusion: Early diagnosis is critical to prevent progression of primary cutaneous lymphoma and to decrease mortality rate, because it directly affects the survival and quality of life of patients.
