Abstract

Phenylethanol dehydrogenase was isolated from Lactobacillus kefir, and some kinetic parameters and properties of native and immobilised phenylethanol dehydrogenase on the modified DEAE-Cellulose, Bioran, Mobitec, and VA-epoxy were investigated.
