Özet

Objective. Frozen section is an important diagnostic tool to determine the nature of the ovarian masses intraoperatively. The optimal surgical treatment can be achieved by classifying the masses as benign, borderline and malignant. The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the accuracy of frozen section diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms and to determine the effects of Gynecologic (Gyn) pathologist or non-Gyn pathologist on frozen section diagnosis.
