Abstract

Approaches based on various technologies have been proposed in the literature for the creation of regression models, which are among the most widely used models in fields such as machine learning and data mining. In this article, various approaches such as mathematical programming, fuzzy distance-based least squares, fuzzy c-regression, fuzzy decision trees are discussed for constructing regression models with fuzzy information. Comparative analysis of these algorithms was made in terms of factors such as learning time, ease of processing of fuzzy data, and the effect of large data volume.
