Özet

Senile Dementia of Lewy Body Type (SDLT) is characterized clinically by presenting confusional state, often fluctuating and associated with visual hallucinations and behavioural disturbances. There may be mild extrapyramidal symptoms. It has been presented a case with SDLT, beginning with visual hallucinations.
