A 23-year-old female patient, married for three years, complaining of urinary infection due to a congenital vaginal agenesis (Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome) and postcoital patulous urethra, is presented. The vagina was reconstructed using a gracilis myocutaneous flap and a split thickness skin graft, taken from the pedicle of the gracilis myocutaneous flap. © 1993 Springer-Verlag.
