Clinicopathological Characteristics and Treatment Outcomes of Oral Cavity Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A 16-Year Single-Center Experience

Özet
A retrospective analysis of 122 patients surgically treated for oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma between 2009 and 2026 was performed. Clinicopathological characteristics, surgical treatment, neck management, reconstruction, adjuvant therapy, recurrence, and oncologic outcomes were evaluated. The results emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and multidisciplinary management, particularly in patients presenting with advanced-stage disease.
