Özet

Background: Intestinal damage causes intestinal dysmotility in gastroschisis. Urinary trypsin inhibitor (UTI) has been shown to prevent intestinal damage in chick embryos with gastroschisis. The effect of intra-amniotic administration of UTI on intestinal motility in gastroschisis has not been investigated.
