Özet

Like the other tumors of skin adnexa, malignant variant of eccrine poroma is quite rare and clear cell differentiation in the tumor cells is exceptional. In this case report, malignant eccrine poroma with lymph node metastasis and clear cell differentiation occuring on the left cheek of a 68 years old woman is presented and discussed from the differential diagnostic point of view.
