Fever peritoneal and pleural inflammation, arthritis, erysipelas-like erythema, and arthralgia are well known features of familial Mediterranean lever We herein report a three-year-old boy, who presented with vomiting and agitation attacks and was found to be a compound heterozygote for M694V/M6801 mutation of the MEFV gene.
