Computer techniques in environmental studies V. Vol. I: pollution modeling, ss.99-106, 1994 (Scopus)
Upon the need in Turkey for enhancement of freshwater productivity, a pilot study has been introduced in one of the largest basins, the Yesilirmak basin, for purposes of management of fishery resources. The specific objectives of management and various stages of development are summarized to indicate the role of mathematical modeling in the decision-making process. A discussion is presented on the current stage of the research where the spatial and temporal variations of water quantity and water quality are simulated via two different program packages. -Authors
