Özet

We describe 2 patients who were receiving antidepressant therapy before excimer laser surgery, at the time of surgery, and after surgery. Both patients experienced the ocular side effects of antidepressant drugs, ie, symptoms due to dry eyes and mydriasis. (c) 2006 ASCRS and ESCRS.
