As the share of renewable energy in today's energy production is limited, the need for domestic and clean energy sources in developing countries such as Turkey is of great importance from a strategic viewpoint. This study focuses on the enrichment process of Zonguldak coal for the production of low ash, low sulfur, and high-calorie pure coal. This study focused on the production of a low-ash, low-sulfur and high calorific value super clean coal concentrate from 10% ash containing Zonguldak hard coal. For this purpose, flotation and atmospheric leaching tests were applied and concentrate with 2.7% ash, 0.37% sulfur and 8260 kCal/kg of lower heating value was obtained.
