Background: We report a case of a patient with advanced prostate cancer who detected together with a left orbit metastasis. Case Report: The patient was a 68-year-old man who presented with lower urinary tract symptoms, left frontal headache and left eye pain. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level was elevated 123.8 ng/mL and abnormal digital rectal examination findings of the prostate gland. Transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy revealed prostatic adenocarcinoma. Bone scan and MR imaging confirmed the cause of orbital metastases secondary to his prostate cancer. Conclusions: We report on a case of prostatic cancer with multiple bone metastases, including left orbital involvement. © The American Journal of Case Report.
