Nanoencapsulation techniques with natural antimicrobial, which some food and food product as one of the innovative technology alternatives in foods, will be more preferred globally in the future due to its advantageous features such as industry, sustainability, public health aspects and most importantly, appealing to the public's understanding of more natural food.
