In health organizations both in the world and in our country, novel standards have been developed and necessary operations are carried out in order to provide the security of patients and stuff and increase the quality of service in the route of technological opportunities. A well-known system of these is the "Nurse Call System". Besides, emergency color codes are also developed for increasing the quality of service and security in hospitals in the world and in Turkiye. In this study, a nurse-call system(HemSis) is designed to operate in coordination with the "blue-code" system of emergency color codes. In order to realize the system in accordance with the hospital requirements, opinions and comments of doctors and nurses from Dokuz Eylül University are considered and the system is shaped in the direction of these demands. The realized system is constructed in a whole service and a positive feed-back is received related to the trial results.
