Özet

It is important that TBS, which is a β-agonist and is considered doping above a certain dose by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), is determined electrochemically cheaply, in a short time and without the need for extraction processes. For this purpose, it was aimed to develop a modified nansensor using nanoparticles. For this purpose, CuO-Mn, SnO2 and SnO2-Mn modified electrodes were prepared and differential pulse voltammograms were examined at different pH and buffers. The highest anodic peak currents were obtained at 0.67 V with the SnO2-Mn modified electrode in 0.25M pH:7 phosphate buffer. SnO2 is a p-type semiconductor with excellent optical and electrical properties and a wide band gap (~2.5–3.6 eV). It has been observed that doping SnO2 with Mn increases its electrocatalic property in the determination of TBS. In the continuation of the study, the analytical parameters of this modified electrode will be examined.
