Bu çalışmanın amacı okul müdürlerinin teknoloji liderliği davranışlarına ilişkin öğretmen
görüşlerini saptamak üzere güncellenen ISTE-A 2018 standartlarına uygun geçerli ve
güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Okul müdürlerinin sahip olması beklenen teknoloji
yeterliklerini belirlemek üzere ISTE-A 2018 yılında mevcut standartların yenilenmesi yoluna
TLI = .91, SRMR= .040 ve RMSEA= .073 değerini taşımakta olup, sonuçlar uyum
The aim of this research was to develop a scale measuring teachers’ views regarding
technology leadership of school administrators based on updated ISTE-A 2018 standards and
to conduct validity and reliablity tests. ISTE-A updated the standards expected from school
administrators regarding their technology competencies in 2018. In order to develeop a new
scale, School Principles’ Technological Leadership Scale (SPTLS), a 5 item Likert scale, was
developed based on literature reviews and expert opinions. School Administrators’
Technology Leadership Scale (SATLS) was developed as 5 item Likert type scale. The
construct validity of the scale was tested via Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and
Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). AFA analysis revealed a scale comprising of 21 items
and four factors. The whole scale had Croα 0,97. “Empowerment of Teacher and
Improvement of Instruction” dimention had Croα: 0,93, “Technology Integration in School
and Security” dimention had Croα: 0,94, “Cooperative Working and Vision” dimention had
Croα: 0,92, and “Digital Citizenship” dimention had Croα: 0,86. The whole scale explained
69.53 of the total variance. The results of the CFA also met the standardized fit indices (χ2/sd = 986/366=2,69). CFI
=.92, TLI = .91, SRMR= .040, RMSEA= .073 and RMSEA= .087. The results indicate that
the values are acceptable and School Principles’ Technology Leadership Scale can be used as
a valid and reliable measurement instrument.
