Özet

As in many other disciplines, the concept of sustainability and sustainable application methods in everyday life can also be applied as a solution to the problems of humans and environmental health in architecture disciplines. Albeit the image of high structures in the traditional architecture concerning the scope of the sustainability concept is rejected, there have recently been some attempts, with the help of development of new tall building construction technologies by using renewable energy sources and sustainable applications in high-rise constructions. Especially due to large scale and the number of users that the building hosts, the environmental loads of this type are higher than other types of structures so sustainability practices for this type of structures are highly recommended.
