Acute suppurative parotitis is a rare disease in childhood. Its incidence is higher in premature new-borns. Parotid swelling and pus drainage from Stenson's duct is pathognomonic, and Staphylococcus aureus is the causative agent in most cases. Here, a 33-day-old patient with acute suppurative parotitis is presented.
