It is usual to explain the word burnout sydrome as loss of professional enthusiasm and satisfaction for his/her job and negative behavioral attitudes towards his or her patients, family members and the stuff working together. Due to difficult working conditions, working in shifts, changing face of their own biorythms, intense fear of being infected with an infectious diseases the staff is working always under high stres. Here in this review article, we claimed to discuss the risk factors, prevention and treatment modalities.
