Özet

Attitudes towards the migration crisis turned the Visegrad Group into a new bloc within the EU. Their disputes with other EU Member States and EU institutions were forwarded to the judiciary, via annulment and infringement cases. The article analyses the tension between the V4 and the EU institutions during the migration crisis, through three cases related the the Common Euro-pean Asylum System. Political and legal features of these cases are evaluated in conjunction with the position of the V4 within the EU.
