Özet

Sudden cardiac arrest during spinal anaesthesia is thought infrequent, but considered certainly the most serious complication. Our purpose is to evaluate the causes of cardiac arrest seen during spinal anaesthesia in a young patient who was scheduled for arthroscopy and to remember the necessity of careful observation and constant monitoring of each patient during spinal anaesthesia.
