Özet

Aim: Autoimmune diseases are defined as diseases that develop immune response against self body antigens. In many autoimmune diseases, autoantibody determination is important in diagnosis and scanning of the autoimmune activity. Recent 70 years of time, test technologies concerning autoimmune determinations progressed through subjectively determined microscopic cell specimens to quantitative determination of specific proteins. In this study, it is aimed to study laboratory validity and method performances of the new multiple test system ( Multiplex) that was developed for autoimmune antibody determination, in an independent sample group.
