Bu çalışmada, yüz yılını geride bırakan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nde kapitalist sistemin nasıl bir gelişim gösterdiği sermaye birikimi ekseninde değerlendirilecektir. 19. yüzyıldan beri gelişmekte olan kapitalist ilişkiler ve sermaye birikim sürecinin Cumhuriyet ile nasıl bir değişime uğradığı, süreklilikler ve kopuşlar şeklinde ele alınacaktır. Türkiye’de sermaye birikim sürecinin karakteristik özellikleri irdelenecek ve tarihsel birikimin günümüze yansıyan sonuçları açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır. Bu bağlamda emperyalizm ile ilişkiler, milli bir burjuvazinin var olup olmadığı, sermayenin Türkçü karakteri, devletin çok boyutlu rolü, holdingler ve oligarşik yapı ile yayılmacı eğilimler irdelenecektir
In this study, the development of the capitalist system in the Republic of Turkey, which has left its century behind, will be evaluated on the axis of capital accumulation. How capitalist relations and the capital accumulation process that have been developing since the 19th century have changed with the Republic will be discussed in terms of continuities and ruptures. The characteristic features of the capital accumulation process in Turkey will be examined and the results of historical accumulation reflected in the present will be tried to be explained. In this context, relations with imperialism, whether there is a national bourgeoisie, the Turkist character of capital, the multidimensional role of the state, holdings and oligarchical structure and expansionist tendencies will be examined.
