Abstract

The multipole mixing ratios of 9 electromagnetic transitions in the decay of Gd-154 following the beta-decay of Eu-154 are measured by the gamma-gamma(theta) and e(K)-gamma(theta) directional correlation methods. Measurements include the transitions connecting the quadrupole and octupole vibrational bands to the ground-state rotational band and octupole band to the quadrupole band.
