Özet

Both historical buildings lost their original functions they preserve their structural properties and they're still remain in a proper condition for reuse. While reassessment through current conditions environments' and these buildings features archaeological and architectural importance, degradation status, their potential for gaining truly a new function and economic supports' are all taken into consideration.
