Abstract

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of 10-d fasting treatment on GSH-Px activity, blood cholesterol, blood glucose level, liver pathology and welfare status determined by tonic immobility response, heterophil/lymphocyte ratio, and feather score of aged hens from different genotypes.
