Internet is used educationally to wipe the imbalance of teaching and to decrease the cost of education. Our goal is to provide an efficient education for high school students. Therefore, in this paper a new school model called as Virtual School Model (VSM) is introduced to implement distance education utilities. In this model, students, parents and instructors are all brought together on a virtual platform. This model consists of two parts named internal and external tools. The former is used for students. The latter is generalized so as to be used by every member involved. They can share their problems with other students and instructors using e-mail, chat or forum pages.
