Araştırmacının çalışmasının hedefi; ortaokul öğrencilerinin girişimcilik becerilerinin ölçülmesine yönelik araç geliştirmektir. Çalışmada karma yöntem araştırma tipolojilerinden keşfedici sıralı desen kullanılmıştır. Ölçek geliştirme aşamalarına literatür taraması başlanmış olup 75 maddelik Likert tipi ölçek formu oluşturulmuştur. Uzman görüşlerinin alınmasının ardından ölçeğe son şekli verilmiştir. Araştırmaya İstanbul’daki devlet okullarından 615 gönüllü ortaokul öğrencisi katılmıştır. Ölçeğe geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik analizleri uygulanmıştır. Yapı geçerliliğini ölçmek için Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi(AFA) ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi(DFA) yapılmıştır. Maddelere ait en iyi faktör yüklerinin 30 madde ile oluşturulduğu, faktör yükü yetersiz ve binişik olan diğer maddelerin çıkarılması gerektiği tespit edilmiştir. Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi sonuçlarına göre ölçeğin 5 faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Geliştirilen ölçeğin toplam varyansın %51,798’ini açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliği sonucunda ortaya çıkan 5 faktör; girişimcilik motivasyonu, girişimcilikte güven, bireysel yaratıcılık, inovasyon becerileri, stratejik liderlik olarak adlandırılmıştır. Ölçeğin cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,869 bulunmuştur. Bu katsayıya bakılarak ölçeğin güvenilir olduğu kabul edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ile modelin iyi bir uyum gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Ölçeğe ilişkin yapı geçerliliğinin analiz edilmesinin ardından ölçek 5 alt boyut 30 maddeden oluşan bir yapıya ulaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, ortaokul öğrencilerinin girişimcilik becerilerini ölçmek için hazırlanan bu ölçme sonuçlarının güvenilir olduğu ve ölçek maddeleri ile ilgili yapılan çıkarımların ise geçerli olduğu söylenebilir. Elde edilen sonuçların doğrultusunda ülkenin çeşitli bölgelerinden seçilen ve farklı kademedeki öğrenciler ile ölçeğin kullanılması önerilebilir.
The aim of the researcher's study is; It is to disseminate the tool for evaluating the entrepreneurial characteristics of secondary school students. Exploratory sequential designs, one of the mixed methods research typologies, were used in the study. Literature review has started the scale development stages and it has a Likert-type scale formula with 75 items. 615 registered secondary school students from public schools in Istanbul participated in the research. AFA and DFA were conducted to increase the structure. It was determined that the best factor loadings of the items contained a 30-item file, and other units with insufficient factor loadings and overlapping should be removed. According to the AFA representation, it was revealed that the operation has a 5-factor structure. It was determined that the developed technology explained 51.798% of the total variance. The 5 factors that emerged as a result of the continuation of the structure of the scale are; It has been named as entrepreneurial motivation, confidence in entrepreneurship, individual creativity, innovation and leadership leadership. It was determined that the model showed a good fit with the data obtained. After analyzing the maintenance of the structure of the scale, the scale is presented in a structure consisting of 30 items in 5 sub-dimensions. As a result, these calculation results used for entrepreneurial abilities in secondary school jobs are reliable and the inferences made about the scale items are valid. It may be recommended to use the results obtained with data selected from various regions and at different levels.
