Özet

The resource-constrained project scheduling problem with discounted cash flows (rc-PSP/dcf) has an irregular objective function, since the net present value of a project may not be maximized even if the project's duration is minimized. In this research, only the positive cash flow which corresponds to the payments for activities and time value If money by discounting cash flows are considered. To solve this problem, a new priority-based genetic algorithm is proposed together with fuzzy logic controller to regulate the genetic parameters during evolutionary process. Furthermore, to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach, various experiments are carried Out on a problem set and the experimental results are analyzed comparing with other previous heuristic methods.
