Abstract

Optimal cytoreduction is one of the most important prognostic factors in ovarian cancer. If optimal debulcing Could not be performed, the patients Survival would be bad and it should be considered alternative therapy options. The aim of this study is to investigate the predictive value of serum CA-125 levels to ability of optimal primary cytoreduction in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
