Özet

Rolling element bearings are among the most common and critical components in industrial rotating machinery. Lubrication on the rolling element bearing is critical to avoid machines from performance reduction and emergency shutdown. Less or over lubrication is one of the most essential reasons for decrease on rolling element bearing life. This paper focus on dynamic behaviors of vibration, acoustic, stray flux as well as frame temperature of induction motor for before and after bearing lubrication. For this purpose, rolling bearing lubrication is carried out and the corresponding signals are collected thorough a IoT based all-in-one smart sensor to analyze the vibration, acoustic and stray flux data. It is shown that rolling bearing lubrication has significantly affects the acoustics signal while there are some effective time and frequency range for vibration and stray flux.
