Association (NANDA-I)] tanıları, Hemşirelik Girişimleri Sınıflandırması [Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC)] ve Hemşirelik Sonuçları Sınıflandırması [Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC)]
sistemleri kullanılmıştır. Bakım planında NANDA-I taksonomisinde
bulunan 11 hemşirelik tanısına; 21 NIC hemşirelik girişimi ve 87 aktiviteye; 78 NOC hemşirelik sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir
ABS TRACT Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is the most common and
most severe acute paralytic neuropathy with 0.5-1.5/100,000 adjusted
human beings worldwide. Altough the ethiopathogenesis of GBS is not
known exactly, it is known that previous bacterial or viral infections
generally cause an abnormal autoimmune response by targeting peripheral nerves and their spinal roots. It is important that nursing care
is well planned in order to prevent or reduce the prognosis of the disease. The use of common classification systems in the creation of the
nursing process provides an increase in the professionalism of the profession, creating a common terminology for nurses and making nursing
care visible. In this study, the diagnosis of the individual following GBS
diagnosed the North American Nursing Diagnostics Association
(NANDA-I) diagnostics, Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC),
and Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC) systems were used during
the nursing process that was built in accordance with Gordon’s Model
of Functional Health Patterns. Eleven nursing diagnoses in the
NANDA-I taxonomy in the care plan; 21 NIC nursing interventions
and 87 activities; 78 NOC nursing outcomes are included.
