Abstract
A
novel data-driven dynamic Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MADM) model that has
been recently proposed by the author will be presented in this invited talk.
The newly developed MADM approach employs metaheuristic algorithms (Weighted
Superposition Attraction “WSA” algorithm in the present implementation) for
training Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs) for facilitating learning from the past
data in a dynamic multiple criteria decision-making scenario. The trained FCM
is utilized in order to forecast future performance scores of decision
alternatives by incorporating present subjective evaluations of decision makers.
The application of the proposed approach is also presented trough an illustrative
example.
