Özet

Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) is a vasculitis characterized by purpuric rash, arthritis, nephritis and gastrointestinal symptoms and it is generally seen in children. We report here a case of crescentic HSP nephritis with perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (p-ANCA) positivity.
