Özet

The main aim of this study is to evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, and aesthetic results of the total lower eyelid reconstruction with paranasal flap. The other reconstruction methods are also revisited. Ten patients, who were operated for the reconstruction of total lower eyelid defects between November, 1999 and April, 2005 in our department were included in this study.
