Advances in information technology have brought radical changes for society and industry. In particular, the development and globalization of digital technologies such as Internet of Things, Artifical Intelligence and robotics toward the end of 20th century have initiated a transformation process in social and economic life.
With this transformation process was atempted to be defined with the concept of Industry 4.0 in Germany 2011, those who believed that the digital transformation era needed a philosophy pf "super smart society" started to develop the concept of Society 5.0 in Japan. Society 5.0 has a different approach that Industry 4.0 as it focuses on humans and the quality of human life.
The aim of this study is to present Kasaplar Village as a case study for smart agriculture application in Kasaplar Village. Smart agriculture applications developed in Kasaplar Village will be explained and the results will be emphsized. Smart milking, one of the applications that is heavily used by Kasaplar village residents, will be explained in detail. Evaluations of smart village applications and especially smart milking applications by the vilagers and developers of the applications will be given
