Özet
In human cells, molecular events within our genetic information and its functional reflections take place between the DNA-RNA-Protein triangle. Many genetic and epigenetic changes occur in
carcinogenesis and progression, especially mutations in DNA. Gene expression and microRNAs that
are important in gene-mRNA expression and regulation; Next generation RNA sequencing, microarrays, and quantitative-Real-Time PCR methods are used. Basic oncologic research methods such as mass
spectrometric proteomic analysis and western-blotting are used in the determination of protein expression. In order to reveal protein differences-oncoproteoforms in clinical oncology, the use of top-down
proteomics and immunoprecipitation approaches is on the scientific schedule.
