Abstract
This research aims to analyze mixed-method studies carried out within the field of Counselling and Guidance in Turkey. Sixty-three articles published between 2009 and 2023 are scrutinised, selected based on specific inclusion-exclusion criteria, and subjected to analysis using the document analysis method. The findings indicate that a notable conclusion emerges, revealing that the titles, introductions, methods, findings, and discussion sections of these studies may not adequately align with mixed methods' inherent characteristics. This insight demonstrates the importance of adopting a mixed methods philosophy, a rigorous reporting process, and integration at each stage of the counselling research.
