Human-caused climate change represents one of the most serious problems confronting people today. Every production-oriented activity in the world relies on the usage of fossil fuelsFossil fuels, which generate enormous quantities of carbon dioxide. According to forecasts and research, the yearly climate funding required by 2030 would rise from $8.1 trillion to $9 trillion and, depending on the needs, would reach $10 trillion per year from 2031 to 2050. The significant gap between the finances required for mitigationMitigation and adaptationAdaptation measures and available financing is an important obstacle in climate actionClimate action. According to this projection, climate financeClimate finance investments should grow as soon as possible to prevent the severe impacts of global warmingGlobal warming. In light of this information, this study provides a comprehensive perspective on the concept of climate financeClimate finance and then examines the costs that arise in the event of inaction being taken in the global climate crisisGlobal climate crisis. AdaptationAdaptation flows within the framework of climate financeClimate finance are supported by current figures and explanations.
