In anaesthesia practice, the complications related to the equipment that are used, (aspiration dental injury, vomiting, hypoxia, laryngospasm, hypotension, cardiac arrest, intraoperative death, etc.) increases the risk of morbidity and mortality of the patient. We aimed to present two cases which developed mild hypoxemia of short duration due to the damage of endotracheal cuff and pilot balloon.
